One Love starred Ky-mani in the character of Kassa. It is a compelling romance about a conscious musician in reggae who tries to break free from the darkness and finds out that his world has changed when he meets the young woman at church. This film, yet to see theaters, was highly praised by critics and film festivals as well. Also, Ky-Mani recently finished the feature film Haven which stars Bill Paxton and Orlando Bloom with the direction of Frank Flowers. Haven premiered at Toronto International Film Festival. The Toronto International Film Festival, Haven was the first film to be screened. The message he delivers, taking you back to the past reggae's greatest, is "one love. one purpose. one goal."
